Orianne is a chef and operator with an eye for detail and a knack for systems that succeed. Though her skillset includes management and ownership roles, opening bars across the boroughs, and designing thoughtful, functional kitchens of all sizes, the real magic is in her food and beverage menus. A culinary creative, she has catered events for everyone from artists to ambassadors, crafting unique, memorable f&b to match each new endeavor. Ori’s as passionate about superior hospitality as she is grounded in its day-to-day realities …and she still believes NYC is the best place in the world to eat, drink, and build something special.

Tim is a hospitality veteran known for building strong teams, shaping smooth operations, and creating spaces that feel as good to work in as they do to visit. With decades of experience in some of NYC’s most iconic rooms  from fine dining to high-volume venues - he’s led openings, managed growth, and delivered guest experiences that stick. His leadership style is calm, creative, and collaborative, rooted in real world expertise and a deep love of food, beverage, and people. Tim still finds joy in a perfectly executed shift - and believes hospitality, at its best, is both an art and a practice.
